ROASTED BEANS
What we are known for as we deliver freshly roasted coffee to your doorstep the next day. We ensure that as soon as coffee is done roasting, we pack and seal immediately the roasted coffee to maintain freshness.
Arabica Dark Roast (Benguet origin)
Superior grade mountain coffee, dark roasted for a strong, bold flavor and smooth finish. Has less caffeine, can be brewed separately or combined with other coffee beans to form a blend and is good in morning to wake up senses.
Arabica Medium Roast (Benguet origin)
Superior grade mountain coffee, medially roasted created with 100% Arabica coffee beans of the North Luzon Philippines. Carefully roasted to ensure an excellent body with low acidity, providing a full flavored, yet smooth finish.
Roasted Barako/Excelsa
Roasted premium Philippine Excelsa coffee from the Cordillera Region, best sweetened with honey or brown sugar and can be used to make espresso and other espresso-based drinks.
Benguet
Blend of Robusta and Excelsa beans, roasted dark brown for aromatic and moderately acidic drink to stimulate one’s senses or to maintain alertness.
Roasted Robusta/Kalinga
Purely Robusta beans organically grown in Kalinga province, high in caffeine content preferred by coffee lovers because of its acclaimed aroma, blend and high caffeine content which is a stimulant for sleeping.
Sagada Dark (Arabica Sagada origin)
Made from pure 100% highland Arabica beans grown from the highland mountains of Sagada Mt. Province. Dark roasted for a slight bittersweet aftertaste.
Sagada Medium Roast (Arabica Sagada origin)
Made from pure 100% highland Arabica beans grown from the highland mountains of Sagada Mt. Province that has a pronounced bitterness. Medially roasted to retain somehow the acidity in the beverage
GREEN OR RAW BEANS
Ready for roasting coffee that are all hand-picked to ensure they are picked only when they are perfectly ripe. That means, our beans are far fewer defects and are better tasting than other coffees.
Arabica Benguet
Raw, green and ready for roasting single origin Arabica coffee beans grew and harvested in Benguet. Arabica, known as the mountain coffee, has better quality and less caffeine. It has a smoother taste and aroma with less acid and can be brewed separately or combined with other coffee beans to form a blend.
Arabica Sagada
Raw, green and ready for roasting single origin Arabica coffee beans grew and harvested from the mountain of Sagada. Arabica, known as the mountain coffee, organically less acidic, less caffeine and has better quality. It has a smoother taste and aroma with less acid and can be brewed separately or combined with other coffee beans to form a blend.
Raw Robusta/Kalinga
Purely Robusta beans organically grown in Kalinga province, high in caffeine content.
Raw Barako/Excelsa
Rare and exotic raw, green and ready for roasting coffee beans grown and harvested in Cordillera Regions known for its particularly strong taste, powerful body and distinct pungent aroma.

The Northern Taste's very own Arabica and Robusta blend, combination of sweet and strong flavor or the mixed beans. Home brewers favorite.
Barbara House Blend
The Northern Taste’s special blend of Benguet and Robusta. A very strong flavor that will kick your senses. This blend mimics the Café Americano of Starbucks. A must try.
